Kayla Audette
The College of Wooster

I have played sports my whole life, and have always done them for fun. Golf was the first sport that made me really want to be good. Golf helped me to understand the true meaning of hard work. Getting up for 6 am practices became exciting because I knew it was a chance to get better. Spending the off season doing everything I could to get in more practice wasn't a hassle. It taught me the true importance of really putting in extra effort to get better. It helped my general life drive. I joined more clubs, did more community service, added independent classes not needed and generally worked harder. It inspired me to be who I am today.
