    Our annual scramble hosted by Proctor-Pittsford CC

    Field a team, sponsor a flag, sponsor a tee, there are many ways to help with this awesome event! Our annual Scholarship Scramble is hosted by the Proctor-Pittsford Country Club in August.  Teams of four compete in this laid back and fun event including carts and lunch. There are numerous chances to win great prizes with almost all of our generous Vermont golf courses donating rounds of golf as well as gift certificates to area restaurants, golf lessons, equipment and more.     Our Scholarship program is celebrating its 60th Anniversary. Since 1964 Vermont Scholars have been awarded a total exceeding $1,750,000.  We currently have 45 students receiving $45,250.00.  It is through contributions such as yours that we can continue to provide funding to our deserving graduates affiliated with golf in helping them further their education. In 2025 we awarded scholarships to 2 female and 10 male Vermont Senior High School graduates. The Vermont Golf Association Scholarship Fund began the Bag Tag program as a way to say thank you for the continued support we receive year in and year out. When you…
